Join Diane Musho Hamilton, author of Everything Is Workable: A Zen Approach to Conflict Resolution, for an in-depth exploration of conflict resolution as an evolving life and spiritual practice.
In eight intimate, live, interactive teaching sessions via Zoom, Diane will guide you in developing a creative response to conflict and help you cultivate a vital set of essential skills for mature, dynamic, and reliable relationships that will serve in your workplace, at home, and in your community.
Open to the enlivening potential of conflict and experience how working with difference, dissent, and discomfort is a sure and swift path to true intimacy with your own life.

This online course consists of eight sessions over eight weeks. Each 90-minute session will include a teaching segment from a chapter in the book, a practice session in small groups, and an opportunity to ask questions that have come up in your daily life.
Diane will offer coaching tips for honing your skills.

Diane Musho Hamilton is an award-winning professional mediator, author, and teacher of Zen meditation. She is a life-long practitioner of meditation and a lineage holder in the Soto Zen tradition.
As the first Director of the Office of Alternative Dispute Resolution for the Utah Judiciary, Diane established mediation programs throughout the court system and won several prestigious awards for her work in this area.
She is the Executive Director of Two Arrows Zen, a practice in Utah, and offers training programs oriented to personal development and advanced facilitator skills. Diane is the author of Everything Is Workable and The Zen of You and Me. Her latest book is Compassionate Conversations: How to Speak and Listen from the Heart, co-authored with Gabriel Wilson and Kimberly Loh.
