A MAP OF EXPANDING PERSPECTIVES

Tell me what you care about, and I’ll tell you how big you are.
This has been said by many people in different ways with one commonality. Our worldview shapes everything — our life goals, our relationships, our decisions, and our sense of meaning.
As human beings, growth is not optional — it’s wired into us. We are part of an unfolding universe, and each of us is on a journey of development. Under the right conditions, our perspective can evolve from “me and mine” to “we and ours,” and eventually to “everyone and everything.”
This course invites you into that journey.
You’ll explore a powerful model of adult development that reveals how worldviews evolve — from ego-centric to ethnocentric to world-centric to kosmic-centric — and how this evolution unlocks greater compassion, clarity, and effectiveness in life and work.
Once you realize growth is possible, it becomes both exciting and essential. And when you understand how others grow, your ability to lead, collaborate, and navigate complexity expands dramatically.
