A wise person should be like a well-tuned instrument, always playing the right note.
Therefore, one’s efforts should be to the fine-tuning of this instrument, which is oneself.
–Tseng Tzu

After many requests over the years for individual coaching, Diane Musho Hamilton is offering a group coaching series over 8 sessions, limited to ten participants. Diane will explore general themes of adult development while providing specific feedback in support of each individual’s efforts to grow and refine.

The benefit of a group coaching experience is that it allows the coach to experience participants in a group setting so that she can work with some unconscious social patterns. It is a wonderful opportunity to bond, share insights, and enjoy and develop a greater capacity for intimacy.

THE ELEMENTS WE WILL COVER

  • Improving presence, attention, and deepening emotional awareness
  • Practicing interpersonal skills like listening, authentic expression, and overcoming egoic hesitation
  • Learning to help use conflict as an opportunity for growth and creativity
  • Exploring self-identity and shadow dimensions of the psyche
  • Developing more feeling sensitivity through attention to subtle energy

YOU WILL RECEIVE

  • 12 hours of live online small-group coaching with Diane Musho Hamilton
  • A Resource Folder with supplemental materials
  • Access to Zoom video and mp3 audio files of all sessions
