After many requests over the years for individual coaching, Diane Musho Hamilton will offer her first group coaching series over 10 sessions, limited to eight participants. Diane will explore general themes of adult development while providing specific feedback in support of each individual’s efforts to grow and refine.
The benefit of a group coaching experience is that it allows the coach to experience participants in a group setting so that she can work with some unconscious social patterns. It is a wonderful opportunity to bond, share insights, and enjoy and develop a greater capacity for intimacy.

- Practicing interpersonal skills like listening, authentic expression, and overcoming egoic hesitation
- Learning to help use conflict as an opportunity for growth and creativity
- Exploring self-identity and shadow dimensions of the psyche
- Developing more feeling sensitivity through attention to subtle energy

Your learning experience in this course is built on your participation and practice. We expect a firm commitment to participate in all sessions. Sessions will be recorded for review.

Registration is limited to 8 participants. Partial scholarship opportunities are available for those under 30, people of color, or those with a negative currency exchange against the US dollar.
REFUND POLICY
Course tuition, less a $250 administrative fee, will be refunded if a request to withdraw is received within 30 days of the course start date. Within 15 days, 50% will be refunded. For withdrawals less than 15 days before the event start, there are no refunds or credits for any reason, unless your space fills from a waitlist. In that case, 50% of your program fee will be refunded.
Diane Musho Hamilton is an award-winning professional mediator, author, and teacher of Zen meditation. She is a life-long practitioner of meditation and a lineage holder in the Soto Zen tradition.
As the first Director of the Office of Alternative Dispute Resolution for the Utah Judiciary, Diane established mediation programs throughout the court system and won several prestigious awards for her work in this area.
She is the Executive Director of Two Arrows Zen, a practice in Utah, and offers training programs oriented to personal development and advanced facilitator skills. Diane is the author of Everything Is Workable and The Zen of You and Me. Her latest book is Compassionate Conversations: How to Speak and Listen from the Heart, co-authored with Gabriel Wilson and Kimberly Loh.
