In a world filled with digital distractions, social division, and constant crisis, this course provides something different—a space to develop genuine presence and emotional maturity grounded in the rich tradition of Zen.

WHAT MAKES THIS JOURNEY UNIQUE

Led by Diane Musho Hamilton, Zen teacher and professional mediator, and her senior student, Gabriel Wilson, Zen monk and executive team coach, this course doesn't ask you to escape modern life—it teaches you to thrive within it. We blend traditional meditation practices with cutting-edge insights from Integral psychology, neurophysiology, trauma research, and adult development theory.

Through weekly explorations of the text, you'll develop:

  • Enhanced interpersonal communication that transforms your relationships
  • Support for a sustained meditation practice
  • Cultivating whole-hearted presence in difficult life circumstances
  • Emotional development that includes and transforms emotional experiences
  • Spiritual practice that integrates seamlessly with your everyday reality

This isn't about escaping to a mountaintop, monastery, or cave —it's about becoming more effective, compassionate, and awake right where you are.
