Please be certain that your intention and commitment to attend is clear when you register for any Real LIFE program. Space is limited in all our programs and we need enough lead time to fill an open space if you cancel your registration.

These policies apply to all offerings unless there is a program-specific policy.

Multi-day In-Person Program and Online Seminar or Course fees are refundable 30 days before a scheduled event starts, less a 15% administrative fee. When a written request is received 29-14 days before the event starts, there will be a 50% refund. For withdrawals less than 14 days before the event starts, there are no refunds unless your space fills from a waitlist. In that case, 50% of your program fee will be refunded.

Weekend Workshop and One-Day Program fees are refundable 15 days before a scheduled event. After that date, there are no refunds unless your space fills from a waitlist. In that case, 50% of your program fee will be refunded.

In the event that Real LIFE Programs cancels a program for any reason, all fees paid will be refunded within 30 days of the cancellation announcement.
